Yes, one can either change or cancel their order but only if it is not yet dispatched for shipping. For doing so follow the following steps:-

You can sign in to your BubChic account and click on the ‘My Orders’ icon

Get in touch with our team for support or any kind of further help you contact us with your order number and queries

You’ll have to be quick for the cancellation process as at times your orders are dispatched to be tailor-made immediately

You can shop endlessly on BubChic.com as there is no limit for orders but other than that one will have to pay delivery charges for cash on delivery orders.

For knowing about the confirmation of your order you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email id and a text shall be sent on your registered mobile number.

If in case after you have placed your order and the product get out of stock you can get in touch with our support team and process your refund request.

For the ones who have made prepaid orders the refund will be directly processed into their respective account that was used while making payments.

The timings that will be taken to process the refund will be the usual 10-15 working days starting from the date of the refund request, to reflect in your respective account.

To track the status of your order sign in with your registered email id on the website and click on the order status icon in the My Orders tab and track your order. Also, one shall receive timely updates on your registered email id and receive the status of your order.

Although, at BubChic we make our best efforts to keep the stock available at all times. But in some cases, we might be in a position to not be able to provide you your favourite choice of product and that is a situation when you can put it down to ‘My Wishlist’ tab where your choice of product will be saved and later on, when it is in stock you shall be notified so that you can add to your cart and proceed with your shopping.
